Shipping Information

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Bulky items ship from their manufacturer and can take 2-3 weeks for delivery. We will also email your tracking number to you as soon as we have it. Outdoors Made Easy is not responsible for packages lost or damaged. Outdoors Made Easy is not responsible for packages after it leaves our care.

*Shipping to places other than the continental US will be subject to increased shipping price.

Return Policy

 If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund minus the cost of shipping and a $10 restocking fee ($20 on large items). You have 30 days from the date of purchase to obtain this refund. If you would like a refund please fill out an Item Return form under the link "Customer Service" and send us an email. After we receive the returned item we will assess its condition and issue the refund minus the restocking fee and shipping charges. If there is a question about the returned item's condition, we will contact you. We will also contact you when the refund is complete.  The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Payment shall be received and confirmed prior to shipping the product.
